Directs and plans the development and operations of Clinical Laboratories. Coordinatesresources of multiple administrative disciplines/functions of the Hospital. Ensures continualefficient and compliant operational performance of the department and related areas. Job Responsibility Leads the Clinical Laboratory Operations' group by developing, communicating,and building consensus for goals/programs that support business or region. Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility.
