We're looking for a Director of Clinical Excellence who will play a vital role in helping prospects understand our value—and ensuring current partners continue to benefit from it every day. This role bridges client-facing operations, clinical expertise, and product insights to help us evolve and scale.

This role requires executive-level communication skills, strong organization, active listening, and an openness to what our company needs to build next.

Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Excellence will get the opportunity to own the following:

  • Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of patient navigation, registry processes, and clinical workflows across oncology and other critical service lines.
  • Solution Implementation: Contribute to the end-to-end execution of Azra AI solutions, working closely with internal teams to align with client objectives around efficiency, care coordination, and patient and program outcomes.
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the clinical, product, and technical teams for new client go-lives. Contribute to launch plans, lead client workflow assessments, and contribute to training content to support internal and client readiness.
  • Relationship Management: Build and foster strong relationships with patient navigators, oncology data specialists, and other clinical stakeholders. Share updates, demonstrate impact, and ensure alignment on clinical and operational workflows.
  • Performance Oversight: Track performance metrics post-implementation, identify opportunities for refinement, and ensure solutions are delivering expected value across the program.
  • Account Expansion: Drive awareness and adoption of new platform solutions and capabilities to expand and strengthen existing health system programs.
  • Insights & Innovation: Share client feedback and frontline insights with internal teams to inform product evolution and enhance solution design.
  • Platform Demonstrations: Demo the Azra AI platform for new and prospective health system partners, showcasing clinical capabilities, workflow integration, impact on operational efficiency and clinical outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel to customer or prospect sites, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred >5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Operational and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for solving customer problems
  • Experience with data management platforms, including basics like Excel and Google Sheets
  • Exceptional accountability and follow-up
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ready to work in team-based environment or independently
