Director Clinic Operations - Ortho Services. Contributes to the fulfillment of the CHI Health mission and vision by planning, designing, implementing and maintaining programs, policies, and management systems in all facets of clinic operations for the division/market. Frequent travel between locations across the CHI Health MBO is required. Assures compliance with all applicable JCAHO, federal, state and agency laws, regulations, guidelines and professional standards. Develops and manages capital and operational budgets in support of strategic plans and goals. Develops and monitors and responds to a full range of financial, service and quality indicators in all areas of responsibility. Develops, coordinates, and manages operating systems and operational standardization, service standards, approaches, policies for the departments. Maintains a system of management reporting that provides timely and relevant information on all aspects of clinic operations across the market.
