*Responsibilities*

Responsible for leading, planning, directing, monitoring, and improving the overall performance of assigned clinics to achieve excellence in daily operations. Engages staff and cultivates a positive clinic culture that prioritizes human kindness and patient-centric care. Accountable for operational, financial, clinical, quality, and business development activities across multiple disciplines.

*Skills*

  • Knowledge of care provision requirements and supervision appropriate to residents; understanding of applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to direct others and maintain or supervise financial and other records.
  • Knowledge of ancillary services such as nursing, social and recreational activities, housekeeping, dietary, and supporting services. Ability to plan and coordinate all management functions.
  • Ability to interpret and implement Board policies and regulations with prudent judgment and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain good working relationships with Board members, staff, residents, families, and the public.

*Qualifications*

**Education and Experience**

  • Bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience, with at least three (3) years in management.
  • RCFE certification required.

*Pay Range*

$59.53 - $86.32 per hour
