Responsibilities
  • Lead responses to client security inquiries
  • Meet with clients to address security questions and negotiate controls for gaps between client requirements and our offerings
  • Drive innovation in the inquiry process, including integrating AI, creating collateral, managing metrics, and enhancing tooling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate trends into product roadmaps and raise awareness of security requirements
  • Review and respond to security questionnaires and assessments
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base of common client questions
Qualifications
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in IT security compliance, risk management, or related fields within large organizations, preferably in professional services or regulated environments
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, modern software development, and security controls; Azure experience preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to work globally
  • Experience in client-facing roles handling security inquiries and negotiations; track record of process improvement and integrating new technologies
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as COBIT, NIST, ISO; certifications like CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Auditor, etc. preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
