Director, Client Policy Implementation (Hybrid) - Broadridge Financial Solutions : Job Details

Custom Policy Implementation Partner directly with external clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements for custom proxy voting policy implementation. Serve as the key consultant, translating client goals into actionable policy solutions utilizing Broadridges technology and services. Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure client requirements are feasible, scalable, and accurately executed. Act as an ongoing resource to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation. Internal Advisory Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on proxy voting, investor stewardship, and industry regulatory trends. Develop and deliver training and educational sessions to internal teams to increase awareness and knowledge of governance best practices and stewardship trends. Act as an internal resource for questions related to proxy policy, governance, and emerging industry standards.
