About the role

As the Director, Client Partnership, you will lead a team of Client Partners responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships with our Agency customers. You'll play a critical leadership role in driving client retention, revenue expansion, and long-term partnership success. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, you'll ensure that every client receives exceptional value from our products and services, while also identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth. You'll guide account planning, coach your team on strategic relationship management, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to deliver measurable business impact for both MediaRadar and our clients.
