Director, Client Legal Services Practice - The Allstate Corporation : Job Details

Client Legal Services Practice Director will oversee our In-House counsel support teams that work with in house legal teams and leadership. In this role the leader will implement Allstates efforts to centralize global support teams consisting of paralegals and support staff who are closely integrated with In House Attorneys. This leader will lead these teams and partner with Client Legal Services leadership and Legal Operations to enhance legal operational efficiency and business processes for the In-House Counsel department. This position will report to the Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Client Legal Services working closely in collaboration with Attorneys and Legal Operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee entire paralegal and support staff functions, building vision and strategy aligned to Law and Regulation operating model.
