ENGIE INSIGHT SERVICES INC. is seeking a Senior level (15+ years experience) Business Development / Sales / Marketing professional for a permanent, full-time role.

Role Summary

The Director, Client Acquisition is responsible for revenue growth in new target accounts, developing long-term client relationships, contributing to P&L, and promoting strategic initiatives aligned with ENGIE Impact and ENGIE Business Unit solutions. The role involves leading a sales team focused on sustainability and resource solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team achieving sales quotas.
  • Understand and communicate ENGIE Impact's capabilities and portfolio value.
  • Set strategic sales plans, forecast, and manage performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies and manage client relationships at the executive level.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop cross-functional strategies for growth.
  • Implement and monitor sales KPIs, and manage team performance.
  • Participate in strategic planning, including territory and account development.
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver superior client solutions.
  • Maintain a focus on long-term value creation and strategic selling.
  • Qualifications
    • Master's Degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Business Management, or related fields.
    • 15+ years of sales experience with large portfolios.
    • 7+ years in energy, sustainability, or related high-tech fields.
    • Proven success in solution and C-level selling.
    • Domain expertise in retail, industrial, hospitality, or healthcare sectors preferred.
    Skills and Competencies
    • Strategic business development and operational leadership skills.
    • Results-oriented with strong data analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Additional Information
