Position Purpose:The Director, Workforce Management serves as a business leader who will be responsible for building, managing, and owning workforce management strategy, process, and execution for claims. Will focus on tactical and strategic plans, capacity planning, quality, efficiency standards, and tool development to meet short-term and long-term business objectives.
Education/Experience:A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required. A Master's Degree in business administration or analytical field preferred. 7+ years of professional level experience. Experience to include strategy development, identifying and implementing process improvements, presenting to senior management, and analytical background. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Claims capacity planning experience highly preferred.
Pay Range: $145,100.00 - $268,800.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law , including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
