Reporting to the Associate Provost for Faculty Affairs and Undergraduate Education, the Director of the Center for Career and Professional Development is the universitys primary champion for student career readiness and post-graduate success. The Director provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for career education, building a robust career ecosystem that connects students, faculty, alumni, and employers. The Director will be responsible for integrating career development through curricular and co-curricular opportunities. This individual will move the university beyond a traditional service model to one where career education is woven into the fabric of the student experience, ensuring every graduate is equipped with the skills, experiences, and self-awareness for professional success and ongoing growth.
