• Overseeing the Centers financial, personnel, and administrative operations.
• Leading efforts to secure external, competitively funded research and support.
• Conducting applied research, outreach, and business development activities aligned with the Centers mission.
• Building relationships with West Virginia legislative committees, agencies, business groups, and other university entities.
• Supporting staff in providing excellent research results to regional stakeholders.
