Director CD&D Beverage - Erlanger, KYMAIN FUNCTION: Beverage Expert to lead the NA team responsible for developing finished turnkey products with the largest global Beverage customer for ADM Nutrition. This technical leader will manage multiple Scientists and Technicians to drive innovation, commercialize new wins, execute flawless project management, and participate in weekly customer engagements as we grow together. This leader will be responsible for representing the region on global connects and have a deep understanding of the customer brands and formulations, requiring outstanding communication, project management and organization. The position requires technical mastery in beverage development with the ability to remain agile, entrepreneurial, and strategic through project execution.
