Valley View's Calaway-Young Cancer Center is seeking a qualified Director to oversee all clinical, operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the Cancer Center. The Cancer Center Director works closely with senior leadership to enhance the center's reputation, growth, and impact.

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for the Cancer Center, aligning goals with Valley View's mission and strategic priorities.
• Manage budgetary and financial performance, ensuring responsible resource allocation and sustainability.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, providers, and staff.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and professional development of staff.

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of practice management experience; Oncology experience preferred.
• Management skills including organization, interpersonal communication, mediation, negotiation, independent decision-making, and strategic planning.
