RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support and manage business affairs and report to the management team.

  • Serve as subject matter expert dedicated to supporting the bank and oversee transactional due diligence and execution, personnel processes, coordination of strategic business initiatives, associate training, process improvements, business continuity and employee communication.

  • Act as the primary resource for addressing regulatory risk, financial reporting, legal, compliance and operational risks, as well as reporting of business metrics.

  • Contribute to the development of highlevel strategies and execution, including new market activities.

  • Drive infrastructure strategy on behalf of the business and collaborate with leaders to develop and deliver on technology and operations efficiencies.

  • Engage with lines of business to ensure consistency across the business.

  • Support the development of business policies and strategies for geographic expansion, including new market entry in Latin America, Central and Eastern European, Middle East and Africa and the Asia Pacific regions.

  • Identify and define capabilities followed by development and execution of plans to address new requirements or remediate shortcomings.

  • Liaise with business leaders to drive product related regulatory and internal initiatives.

  • Analyze market data available via third party data solutions, industry and market research reports using MS Office Toolkit, VBA and Tableau to support management reporting, business strategy, and meet regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders across front line teams as well as support partners across Risk, Compliance, and Operations, to develop and provide complex solutions that help facilitate successful client executions.

  • Leverage product expertise of market-related securities, including fixed income products, commodities, callable bonds, and physical assets to support innovative trade solutions and complex financing strategies that address client specific needs.

  • Analyze characteristics and operational requirements of market-related securities to effectively manage issues related to complex financing trade structures, ensuring efficient solutions and risk management.

  • Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related: and

  • 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.

  • Must have 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation. Must include 7 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Analyzing market data available via third party data solutions, industry and market research reports using MS Office Toolkit, VBA and Tableau to support management reporting, business strategy, and meet regulatory compliance requirements;

  • Fostering relationships with internal stakeholders across front line teams as well as support partners across Risk, Compliance, and Operations, to develop and provide complex solutions that help facilitate successful client executions;

  • Leveraging product expertise of market-related securities, including fixed income products, commodities, callable bonds, and physical assets to support innovative trade solutions and complex financing strategies that address client specific needs; and,

  • Analyzing characteristics and operational requirements of market-related securities to effectively manage issues related to complex financing trade structures, ensuring efficient solutions and risk management
