Director Business & Personal Banking Regional - City National Bank of Florida : Job Details

Responsible for ensuring the assigned Bank team(s) consistently meet and / or exceed their overall performance goals and growth objectives. Acts in a leadership capacity with Bank staff to develop, organize and execute effective business development strategies that will result in the acquisition of new business from existing or new client relationships. Meets and exceeds established sales and revenue goals with team's involvement. Knows the market, the competition and has an informed, strategic view for the business. Provides leadership to a team of sales and service professionals and ensures that established sales, revenue and service goals are met or exceeded. The scope of responsibility is based on a number of factors including banking center size, staff size, location and experience.
