Position Summary
KPMG is seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.
Responsibilities
Expand relationships within KPMG's premier Private Equity accounts by targeting Fund Leadership, Investment Professionals, Operating Partners, and C-suite executives at portfolio companies. Collaborate with Account and Industry Leadership to identify focus areas, develop pipelines, and cultivate opportunities to close deals.Drive collaboration across KPMG's Private Equity sectors, Service Line leadership, and the Business Development team.Develop and execute independent client and opportunity pursuit plans, aligning KPMG professionals and solutions to meet client needs.Increase awareness of KPMG solutions within Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies. Deepen understanding of KPMG's services and deliver value through relationship building, matching client needs with appropriate solutions.Qualifications
Minimum of ten years' recent experience in business development, sales, and client management within professional services, specifically with direct responsibility in Private Equity.Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.Proven ability to develop and lead relationship-building activities with key decision-makers across the C-Suite.Exceptional interpersonal skills resulting in trusted business relationships and tangible results.Strong understanding of industry challenges and KPMG's service offerings to match client needs effectively; demonstrated executive presence.Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to travel up to 50% within the U.S.Additional Information
