• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.

• Proven track record in business development, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex business data.
• Advanced understanding of market analysis and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
