Job Responsibilities
  • Develop enterprise-wide program goals and recommend corrections for discriminatory personnel practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate program initiatives, providing strategic advice and addressing workforce representation imbalances.
  • Guide the development and maintenance of EEO, ADA, sexual harassment, and related policies.
  • Provide consultative services and training to agency staff on program development.
  • Stay informed on changes in civil rights legislation and advise on their impact on policies and programs.
  • Additional Details
    • Full-time employment with flexible work hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday).
    • Possible telework up to 2 days per week with a secure internet connection and approved location inside Pennsylvania.

    QualificationsMinimum Experience and Training
    • Six years of professional EEO program experience, including two in a supervisory or administrative role, and a bachelor's degree.
    • Or an equivalent combination of experience and training with two years in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
    Additional Requirements
    • Completed coursework in legal studies, human resources, business or public administration, or public policy.
    • Experience in equal opportunity, employee relations, law, or related fields.
    • Experience handling confidential personnel data.
    • Leadership skills and experience in building diverse partnerships.
    • Ability to perform essential job functions.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Extensive knowledge of ADA legal requirements and best practices.
