NVIDIA is looking for an exceptional software leader to guide our Santa Clara, CA team in groundbreaking drug discovery solutions.What You'll Be DoingAs the Director - BioNemo Software, you will:

• Lead and encourage a large team of engineers to deliver flawless production software solutions
• Coordinate the development, optimization and productization of deep learning models for drug discovery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our software within the broader NVIDIA ecosystem
• Drive the strategic vision and execution of building a path to enable drug discovery and biological discovery to happen in silicon
• Identify and consistently follow standard methodologies in software engineering to guarantee our solutions are both robust and scalable.
• Determine key applied research opportunities that enable simulation and workflow acceleration for biology and drug discovery

What We Need To See

• 15+ overall years of experience in leading large teams to successfully implement production software.
• 10 plus years of management experience.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with deep learning and its applications in drug discovery.
• Strong background in computational methods and a track record of delivering world-class software solutions.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
• A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or or related fields in the Biological Sciences (advanced degrees preferred).
