The Director Total Rewards will partner with the Head of Total Rewards to facilitate the strategic direction, design, and implementation of the organizations global compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being programs. This role is critical in ensuring that our holistic total rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's business objectives and culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Facilitate the alignment of the strategies of all elements of Total Rewards, (Benefits, Compensation, Wellbeing, Employee Assistance Programs, Recognition) and that they are in support of Tyson Foods' business goals. Lead the development of requirements for Total Rewards-related analytical tools, reports and dashboards to drive desired business outcomes. Consolidate and monitor financial performance of corporate investments in Total Rewards. Host workshop and thought leadership sessions for Total Rewards team.
