MISSION STATEMENT We build pathways to independence through personal development and the power of work. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Plans, designs and implements Clubhouse Model services to engage members in work-ordered day activities to support individual goals implementation and progress consistent with Goodwills mission, Clubhouse accreditation standards, and strategic plan. 2. Ensures Clubhouse psychosocial rehabilitation services promote and evidence person centered planning, self-determination, self- empowerment, community integration and quality of life enhancement philosophy and principles. 3 Directs services to achieve compliance with contract, grant and expected performance measurement outcomes. Ensure corrective action is implemented as required. Prepare reports as required by internal and external entities. 4. Develops annual Clubhouse goals and objectives with members in accordance with the organizations business and strategic objectives.
