Responsibilities include acquiring, integrating, and optimizing new and existing client relationships. The colleague must develop and maintain strong partnerships with segment and line of business partners through collaboration and communication.Responsibilities Consistently meet/exceed sales, retention, and Superior Service Quality (SSQ) standards.Develop, implement, and manage a detailed business plan; establish team sales and service goals.Expand and retain client relationships, actively cross-sell, resolve client issues, and support segmentation strategies to grow profitability.Identify, cultivate, and support key customer segment relationships through focused sales and referral activities.Maintain knowledge of all Webster products, services, and delivery channels.Coach, develop, and hold team accountable, demonstrating leadership and modeling behaviors.Utilize all available sales tools and resources effectively.Ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.Schedule branch employee shifts to meet customer needs, providing flexible coverage.Drive high performance, enhance employee engagement, and recognize achievements.Execute onboarding and training for new colleagues on policies, procedures, and operational duties.Requirements High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.5-7 years of banking experience with leadership, customer service, and managerial skills.Deep knowledge of retail banking products and services.Strong customer service, relationship-building, organizational, computer, and communication skills.The estimated salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential incentive compensation.
