The role involves implementing the Webster banking center network strategy, including achieving sales, customer service, P&L management, operations, and colleague development goals, while contributing to district objectives. Responsibilities include acquiring, integrating, and optimizing new and existing client relationships. The colleague must develop and maintain strong partnerships with segment and line of business partners through collaboration and communication.
ResponsibilitiesThe estimated salary range is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential incentive compensation. Actual salary varies based on experience and location.
