Director, Assistant General Counsel - Mergers & Acquisitions - Constellation Brands : Job Details

The Director-Level Attorney for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance on all aspects of the company's M&A activities. This includes advising on deal structures, conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, with the assistance of outside counsel. The Director-Level Attorney will work closely with the corporate development team, legal leadership, and outside counsel to support the company's growth strategy through strategic acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:Provide legal advice and support on all M&A transactions, including deal structuring and risk assessment. Advise legal leadership on legal implications of potential acquisitions and divestitures. Oversee the legal due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
