Metropolis is seeking a Director, Asset Management, who will advise and collaborate with assigned real estate partner(s) to develop all elements of their parking assets. You will own all aspects of the relationship with and performance of your assigned account, serving as a strategic partner to your leadership teams and acting as the primary point of contact within Metropolis.

ResponsibilitiesWhen you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The anticipated base salary for this position is $140,000.00 USD to $165,000.00 USD annually. The actual base salary offered is determined by a number of variables, including the applicant's qualifications, experience, skills, education, and location. Base salary is one component of Metropolis's total compensation package, which may also include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, life insurance, stock options, bonus plans, and more.
