The Director of Annual Development for the College of Medicine (CMED) plays a key role in advancing the colleges mission through strategic and impactful annual and major giving programs. This position is responsible for designing, executing, and managing targeted fundraising initiatives that inspire broad-based support from CMED alumni, faculty, staff, and retired or emeriti faculty and staff. In addition to growing the annual donor base and increasing donor engagement, the Director will also raise upwards of $1,000,000 annually from a select portfolio of approximately 100 prospects, cultivating and soliciting larger annual gifts and major gifts that will help build a pipeline of deepening donor commitment for CMED. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree. Five years of professional experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, or a related field.
