Lead the development of Pleasant Holidays air, car and rail strategy, focusing on partner negotiations, agreement execution, and long-term collaboration. Manage all carrier agreements across brand portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitive positioning. Represent the company in high-level partner discussions, negotiations, and industry events, fostering strong relationships built on mutual success. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations related to air and rail operations. Partner with Operations to ensure supplier agreements support operational delivery, itinerary requirements, and customer satisfaction goals. Monitor supplier performance, contractual adherence, and service quality, resolving escalations quickly to protect the traveler experience.
