We are seeking a dynamic and technically accomplished Director of AIDA R&D Advanced AI & Data Ecosystem Product Management to lead the technical product management function for our AI, Data, and Analytics platform supporting pharmaceutical R&D. This role is critical to building and scaling the foundational platform capabilities that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science across the R&D organization.
Reporting to the Head of AIDA RD Advanced AI & Data Ecosystem, this role will define and execute the platform strategy that supports cross R&D solution delivery, ensuring alignment with scientific goals, regulatory requirements, and enterprise digital strategy. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts and collaborate closely with product, data science, and Digital partners to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance capabilities.
In this role your team will enable the ecosystem that is foundational to the AIDA RD organization to lead large, complex, strategic projects tied to R&Ds ambitious goals. The right person will have a strong background in platform product management and agile software delivery, and the ability to adjust their learned approach to fit the needs of the team, our stakeholders, and our culture.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or related discipline)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $152,700.00 to $254,500.00.
