We are seeking a Director, AI Product Manager to join our Treasury Services Client Platform team in New York, NY.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client-facing AI product development and strategy with an innovation mindset, understanding market needs and financial services use cases.
  • Using AI expertise to influence product go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Development & Engineering teams in our AI Hub and senior leadership.
  • Partnering with Product, Platform, and Hub Leadership to share progress, address challenges, and document lessons learned.
  • Bridging the gap between AI engineering and cross-LOB business partners to prioritize the product backlog based on business value and ROI.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Commercialization teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Creating and maintaining the product roadmap in conjunction with AI engineering teams.
  • Managing issue escalations and risks in compliance with BNY's risk, regulatory, and compliance standards.

Qualifications for success:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in product development and delivery.
  • Proficiency in OKRs, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.
  • Domain expertise in AI and financial service products.
  • Passion for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Willingness to actively participate in execution and encourage the team to do the same.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science.

Benefits and Rewards:

BNY offers competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs, including flexible resources, paid leave, volunteer time, and comprehensive health and financial benefits. The annual base salary ranges from $125,000 to $210,000, determined based on experience, location, and other factors. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and other benefits.

This position is at-will, and BNY reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time.
