Responsible for managing Our client's relationships with targeted advisors in North America and will:
- Work with all our client's units to brief and position Our client's products and services to advisors.
- Broaden and deepen Our client's relationships with Advisors.
- Work with advisors to bring in qualified opportunities.
- Work with advisors to get coaching on ongoing deals.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate Advisor meetings with Our client's leaders.
- Track and report all advisor deal and interaction activity.
Responsibilities :
- Position our client as a thought-leader with Advisors through frequent executive meetings and briefings.
- Deepen and track relations with Advisors.
- Increase Wallet Share (Leads / RFPs / Win Rate) of TPA-led pursuits, providing support to the MMU teams.
- Focus on GTM and market penetration activities with key TPA's.
- Lead and drive advisory briefings, workshops, etc., across verticals and service lines.
Qualifications :
- IT / BPO background in sales and/or consulting.
- 5+ years of advisory relations within 15+ years of business experience.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels (externally with Advisors and internally within our client).
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 50%.
- Understanding and applying relationship and communication skills to succeed in large, complex advisor-led deal opportunities.
- A master's degree such as an MBA or MSA is required.
