Job SummaryThe Direct Support Professional (DSP) will play a critical role in supporting Achieva's mission by providing direct care and personalized support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a community setting, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare. This position will involve assisting with daily living activities, transporting individuals to appointments, and participating in recreational activities, and will require strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a commitment to advocacy.
