Smiles Like Yours is currently growing and expanding! We are hiring Life Coaches/Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads for our Day Support, Community Engagement and Residential Homes Divisions. Having experience is highly valued! Flexibility too. :-)

Starting pay is $16/hr+ with higher hourly rates being offered based on experience and shift. Includes a paid lunch.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Setting up, executing, and breaking down member events.Supporting individuals with assistance during events.Safely guiding and engaging individuals in the community to interact with others.Safely transporting individuals to and from events.Providing personal care during activities if necessary.

Performing basic household chores and housekeeping activities.

Implement and Documenting Individualized Support Plans and Progress Reports.

Applying first aid, CPR and or Tova, when necessary.

Administering medication, as necessary.

At a minimum, candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes:

Social, upbeat and have compassions for others.On time and have a good driving record.Must undergo and successfully pass a background check.Must be proficient in Microsoft word, Adobe, and other related reporting systems.Ability to observe, record, and report Individuals' behavior, attitude, and physical condition.Ability to lift, squat and bend to set up activities on a consistent basis.

Preferred candidates are those who are TOVA certified, CPR certified, those available to work weekends and those able to work in different locations in a given week. Candidates who have experience using the system Care Tracker and WaMS are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, & PRN

Salary: Base Pay $16.00+ per hour; additional pay based on experience.
