Direct Support Professional for Inclusive Arts Program - ServiceSource : Job Details

Provide support in areas of program design, development and implementation. Assure that programs are operated according to CARF, Licensing, Medicaid Waiver and other regulatory standards. Ensure that the needs of the individual served are being met and monitor services being provided by assigned personnel. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s) Required: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED). Preferred: Bachelors degree in human services or other related field. Required: Minimum one (1) year of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities or in a related field. Must pass the State of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) fingerprinting and criminal background check.
