As a Direct Support Professional, youll work with an individual with disabilities and support them with the following types of activities:

* Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry and basic cleaning

* Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, monitoring vitals, medication and assisting with meals

* Accompanying your clients to events such as appointments and grocery shopping trips

Eligibility Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of experience providing care to an individual

* Access to insured and reliable transportation

* Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

* Devolopmental Disability experience preferred

****Hiring bonus eligibility is based on remaining an active employee for at least 30 days following the first shift, with at least 80 hours worked.
