Rooted in compassion, dignity, and community, we empower individuals to live full and meaningful lives through engagement, enrichment, and care.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in the Duluth, MN area. This role offers both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time (up to 30 hours/week) opportunities, with flexible scheduling and ongoing training provided.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport individuals with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation.Assist with budgeting, medication administration, and goal achievement.Transport and accompany individuals to community outings, recreational events, and faith-based activities.
