Position: Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional

Location: Hudson and Valatie

Pay: $22.00/hour+ Additional $2.00/hour weekend shift differential

Hudson - 34 Hours - Friday 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Saturday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM, Sunday 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Valatie - 40 Hours - Sunday 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Monday 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Tuesday 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Wednesday 11:00 PM - 9:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Stay awake and alert overnight to ensure the safety and comfort of individuals supported

• Provide emotional and physical support, including help with hygiene, bedtime routines, and medication (as needed)

• Support each person's independence, rights, and well-being

• Keep documentation and follow care or behavior plans

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

What You Bring:

• Must be 18+ years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to staying awake and attentive overnight

• Previous DSP or care experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person!
