Responsibilities: As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their community. Gain hands-on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence. Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during community activities, cooking meals, and bathing. Community activities include walking at parks and trails and seasonal activities!Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older to fill this position. You must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED.Compensation: $19 hourlyHours: Full-time
Thursday 8-3pm
Friday 3-10pm
Saturday 8am-8pm
Sunday 8am-3pm
