Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Twin Cities area.

We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative individual to help improve our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining our team?

This position offers uncapped commission and base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $60,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $20-23 an hour, depending on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will share specific compensation details during the hiring process.

Purpose

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It includes recording accurate data about prospective customers and the market area. The role may also include a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Transport yourself to the territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
  • Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform, with required permits.
  • Attend company meetings as needed.
  • Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
  • Master company methodologies, products, and promotional offers.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily.
