Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area!

We are looking for a driven, collaborative, and accomplished Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in Riverside, Corona, Inland Empire, and Rancho areas. Interested in joining our team?

This position offers uncapped commission plus a base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 in first-year on-target earnings (OTE). The base pay starts at $20/hour and depends on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific details during hiring.

Purpose

This role involves generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.

Transport yourself independently to the territory, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.

Use mapping and business applications to record detailed data on house-to-house interactions.

Maintain a neat appearance, proper uniform, and required permits at all times.

Attend company meetings as scheduled.

Communicate ideas for improving the canvassing program to the Program Manager.

Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotional offers as a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Minimum age of 18 for insurance coverage.

Reliable transportation.

Strong verbal communication skills.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.

Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily.
