Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area!

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the goal of making a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the greater Los Angeles area.

This role offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $22/hour. On-target earnings (OTE) can exceed $80,000 in the first year.

The position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. Eligible individuals may receive a monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Minimum age 18
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with tablets and multiple platforms
• Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily
