Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of our homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area.

This position offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20/hour, with the potential to earn over $80,000 in the first year (OTE). Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

The role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data of prospective customers, and managing targeted market information. A monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement are available.

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager
• Transport to assigned territories and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally
• Use company mapping and business applications for data tracking
• Maintain proper appearance and permits
• Attend meetings and provide feedback for program improvement
• Master product knowledge and promotional offerings

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Minimum age of 21
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with tablet platforms
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
