Join our growing team of Detroit Area Direct Marketing Associates!

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We aim to make a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities we serve. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the greater Detroit area.

This position offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20/hour, with on-target earnings (OTE) over $80,000 in the first year. Compensation details will be shared during the hiring process.

Purpose

The role involves generating qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate customer data, and working within designated market areas. There is a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing as instructed by the Program Manager.
  • Transport yourself to assigned areas and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally.
  • Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism, proper attire, and required permits.
  • Attend company meetings as scheduled.
  • Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
  • Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings.
  • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Minimum age of 18.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily.
