Under the supervision of the Program Administrator, provide rehabilitative support services for adults with developmental disabilities with challenging behavior service needs. Pay range for this position is $25.49-$31.51 hourly. SCHEDULE AVAILABLE: Short-Hour Fri-Sat 7:00 am-3:00 pm (0.4 FTE, 16 hours) - - - Can combine with Short-Hour Sun-Mon 7:00 am-3:00 pm Staff schedule to create full-time 0.8 FTE, 32 hours position - - - QUALIFICATIONS Required: - High School Graduation or G.E.D. - One (1) Year experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities with challenging behavior service needs. - Board certified as a Registered Behavior Technician within 60 days of initial employment or be a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional - Within one year of employment, all direct care staff shall complete both segments of Direct Support Professional (DSP) competency-based training course including the competency tests or pass the department-approved challenge tes...Behavior, Lead, Support Professional, Tech, Training, Technician, Healthcare
