Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customers' experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. The starting hourly base pay is $22, depending on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific details about the compensation package during the hiring process.

Purpose: This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser will record accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
  • Transport to and work independently in the assigned area, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
  • Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance and conduct, including proper uniform and permits.
  • Attend company meetings as required.
  • Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
  • Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotional offerings.
    • Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
  • Physically capable of standing and walking 3-5 miles daily.
