Renewal by Andersen seeks an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer's experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining our team?

This position offers uncapped commission in addition to a base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000-90,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. The starting hourly wage is $20, based on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific compensation details during hiring.

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. Eligible individuals will receive a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.

• Generate leads via door-to-door canvassing in assigned territory, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager
• Transport yourself to the territory and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally
• Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately
• Maintain professionalism, appearance, and proper permits at all times
• Attend company meetings as required
• Share ideas with the Canvassing Program Manager to improve effectiveness
• Master Renewal by Andersen methodologies, products, and promotions

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
