Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 Hourly

Shift: Sunday - Thursday

Job Description

You will supervise wait staff in preparing the dining room, serving meals, and cleaning up afterward. Our dining experience features seasonal menus, signature dishes, and a focus on quality and service. Enjoy no late nights and a balanced life.

Essential Duties

• Ensure wait staff wear clean, pressed uniforms.
• Maintain the daily menu board.
• Assist in staffing schedules, monitor staffing, and fill gaps to control costs.
• Ensure exceptional customer service in seating, menu presentation, and answering questions.
• Promptly bus, clear, and reset tables.
• Supervise dining room employees, including hiring, training, performance appraisal, and addressing complaints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hospitality, residential, or club dining preferred.
• First aid and CPR certified.
