Essential Duties: Set up and prepare the dining room prior to each meal. Serve meals efficiently and courteously. Remove the waste, dishes, food and drinks at the end of each meal. Wash tables, sweep and mop the floor after each meal. Report problems with staff and camper problems to the Food Services Supervisor. Adhere to and enforce camp policies and procedures.
