Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management in an enterprise, cloud, or technology environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing physical production or operations such as manufacturing, logistics, or laboratory processes.
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Experience establishing or improving quality systems based on industry best practices.
  • Experience working with a distributed workforce at a global scale.

In this role, you will digitize content at scale for YouTube and Google platforms, making offline materials accessible and supporting Machine Learning (ML) innovation. In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We meet partners and consumers where they are with support and help, represent their needs with our product partners, and propose fixes and features that enhance their engagement with Google's ecosystem. We also provide services like localization, digitization, partner integration, and more to ensure our products are optimized globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Build new and undefined workflows to expand digitization capabilities.
  • Oversee end-to-end workflow management, including strategy, goal-setting, and execution.
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Develop and maintain systems, tools, and standard operating procedures for all operations, partnering with teams to manage workforce across scan centers and partner deployments.
  • Serve as the primary contact for multiple workflows, collaborating with internal and external partners.
