Responsibilities: Implementation of digitization initiatives and projects according to Connected Factory strategic objectives and targets in horizontal cooperation with corporate areas Supervision of internal and external projects in the field of digitalization and automation Planning and technical implementation of production & testing machinery PLC retrofits, PLC programming for machine connectivity (OT, fieldbus/PLC layer), AVC Integration of the location into MES System (MSCADA) Further development and improvement of process data acquisition at the location Strengthen the FST digitization network Development of methods and tools to stabilize data recording Support of internal SME structure regarding digitalization Lead change initiatives to encourage the adoption of new digital tools and processes on shopfloor, including training employees, addressing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions. Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning Collaborate with various departments and other locations to optimize processes, focusing on automation, redundancy reduction, and system integration Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess process effectiveness and identify areas for improvement Support creating and executing strategies to integrate digital technologies into business processes Oversee digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement digital solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Work closely with various departments to understand their needs and ensure digital solutions align with business goals Support the integration of new digital tools and platforms, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption Utilize data analytics to monitor the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement Drive change management efforts to foster a culture of innovation and digital adoption within the plant. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in shopfloor operations Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with digital tools and platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
